The vineyards are located in the hillside of « Byards » in Vernois, at the top of the slope and in an amphitheatre facing south. The grey marl soils of Lias are covered with limestone scree.

VINIFICATION & AGEING

Manual harvesting and sorting.

Fermentation and ageing for 15 months in older barrels.

10to 12°C
